Floor spring closers keep heavy pivot doors working in a controlled and safe manner. Broken floor springs (as with Transom closers) are dangerous and put the door and user at risk of damage and harm or injury. It is easy to overlook damaged or wearing floor springs as they remain concealed but are open to environmental fatigue and corrosion. Floor springs are best suited in heavy door applications requiring concealment. These reliable closing devices are available in multiple spring strengths, hold open and EMB fire.

The rollers and track are the most imperative part of the safety of your sliding doors. Broken or corroded rollers or track imposes a significant risk to the user, and operation, of these doors. A simple adjustment on roller height and ensuring the track is kept clean and free from obstruction, can often regain smooth operation of sliding doors.
